Shipping Policy
We Ship to all areas of the UK, shipping usually takes 3 business days for standard orders.
For bulk team orders we ship by 1st class recorded signed for delivery due to the value of items being shipped, this is a next working day delivery system.
When receiving your Bows they may be flattened slightly in shipping due to packaging, we recommend twisting/bending in the loops of the bows to bring them back to life again :) please do not over bend them as this may weaken their structure.
Drop off service
In some Occasions for bulk team orders within the Derbyshire/Cheshire area we can offer a drop off service at request.
Return & Exchange Policy
We don't offer a Returns or Exchange policy, in occasions of a fault occuring in a product order please contact us with photos of the fault for a replacement.
